Real Estate Transfer Tax and Letter of Zoning Compliance

Before a Transfer Stamp can be issued an email must sent to admin@easthazelcrest.com requesting a final water read, liens, property violations, and any monies owed to the Village. Please put the property address in the subject line.

Both the Real Estate Transfer and the Letter of Zoning Compliance must be presented with the original signatures ("wet ink"). Copies will not be accepted.
