NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MEETING

There will be a Public Hearing Meeting of the East Hazel Crest Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, Feb 7, 2018 at 6:30PM in the Council Room at 1904 W. 174th St., East Hazel Crest on the request of Star Investments, LLC for a variance: for new privacy fencing.  Off-street parking removal and new landscaping and evergreen trees.  To be completed as soon as possible or as weather permits.
Current off-street parking is proposed to be removed at owner's expense.
